Scoop Delivery Service
We realise that the collection of items can take up valuable time that could be better spent attending to other pressing tasks. With this in mind, we are happy to, on your instruction and behalf, facilitate the services of a third party courier.
Local Third Party Courier Service General Guidelines:
** Our appointed couriers are Fastway Couriers and The Courier Guy
** This service only covers destinations within South Africa.
** Scoop Distribution Terms & Conditions for engaging the service of Fastway Couriers and The Courier Guy are contained within our Terms and Conditions
** Fastway and The Courier Guy Terms & Conditions apply
** Upon request, the relevant courier charge will be added to your invoice.
** Stock will be released as soon as payment reflects in one of our Bank Accounts
** An invoice, signed by the Courier Service shall be prima facie proof that the order was collected.
** Apart from insurance claims, the Customer hereby indemnifies Scoop Distribution from any other claims of any nature whatsoever that might arise from engaging the preferred courier’s services. Any complaints regarding damaged and/or missing Goods can be made with our sales department.
** All orders dispatched with one of our appointed couriers are fully insured to the value stated on the Tax Invoice until the Customer signs the waybill to confirm the receipt of all Goods in good order. Thereafter the risk of the Goods passes to the Customer.
Delivery Zones & Pricing:
** Delivery Zones may be adjusted from time to time.
** Preferential Rates with The Courier Guy through uAfrica will apply.

International Third Party Courier Service – General Guidelines:
Online Delivery to Namibia:
** Orders to Namibia can now be made online with our appointed couriers Coastal Couriers.
** The freight charge includes all related costs such as insurance, fuel surcharge, customs documents, etc.
** When purchasing online we can only deliver to Windhoek, Swakopmund and Walvis Bay. Be sure to insert the postal code.
** Delivery usually takes anywhere between 2 to 4 working days.
** All orders dispatched with one of our appointed couriers are fully insured to the value stated on the Tax Invoice until the Customer signs the waybill to confirm the receipt of all Goods in good order. Thereafter the risk of the Goods passes to the Customer.
** Stock will be released as soon as payment reflects in one of our Bank Accounts.
