Angelino Returns & Refunds Policy

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us. In the unlikely event that you choose to return your order, kindly note, return or exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery, the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.

To return your parcel contact us. Items can be returned to any of our stores or send back to our warehouse, ensure that the parcel is correctly sealed as all All items will be inspected upon return.

Please take note of the following:
1. You can return your item for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Should you wish, a replacement or alternative product can be selected for the same value. Should the newly selected product be more or less than the purchased item, you will be refunded or pay in the difference, as the case may be.
3. if a refund is due, We’ll refund you the price paid for your item at the time of purchase. This excludes sale items.
4. All items will be inspected upon return. If we deem your return as unsaleable, it will be returned back to you.
5. Items are your responsibility once delivered or until the return reaches our warehouse. Please take good care of them!
6. Make sure your parcel is packed securely and cannot be damaged on its way back, its your responsibility to return the item in the same condition it was delivered to you in.
7. Where possible, the returned items should include original tags and packaging.
8. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage. Any returned lost items without a receipt will not be refunded.

Can I visit a Branch to make an exchange?
If you return your item , we would be happy to exchange the item for something else at any of our branches. Please make sure you bring your tax invoice with you as this is needed to process any refund or exchange and ensure the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.

When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?
It can take up to a minimum of 48 hours from the date your returned item(s) is received by us. An email and mobile message will be sent to you confirming your refund once it is received and processed. If you have not received this notification, your return has not reached us. Kindly contact us.

Returning Your Order:
** When returning a product please ensure the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.
** Sign in to your customer account and go to your Account Profile.
** Click Order Number # to the order containing the item you’d like to return
** Select the items you’re returning and then click Submit Request
** Once our team receives your request, you will be contacted.
** Ensure that the parcel well packed, products are your responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse

Lost Proof of Purchase:
If you have lost your slip / invoice. For online purchases, you can reprint your invoice by logging onto your account from the website. Please note, failure to include a returns note or order history will result in a delay in processing your return or we may not be able to process it at all.
