Terms and conditions :
** The MBA North Photo Competition terms are produced by Master Builders Association North (MBA North).
** MBA North reserves the right to amend the competition dates at any time.

** The judges’ picks will also be featured in a permanent winners’ gallery on .mbanorth.co.za.

** By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as MBA North may require.
** The competition is free to enter and open to any MBA North member.
** No more than three (3) photographs per person may be entered into the competition across the categories.

** Entries may be digitally enhanced or altered but must be submitted via Facebook or emailed to Boitumelo Thipe (boitumelo@mbanorth.co.za) in a JPEG format between 1mb and 4mb per photo.

** Entries will not be accepted outside of the advertised closing date of 04 November 2016.
** We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.

Photo submission guidelines :
** Photos that are copyrighted cannot be submitted unless you have permission from the photographer/owner.
** Photos cannot be returned.

** By entering the competition entrants agree and understand that their written entries and/or photos may be used for promotional purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant and/or owner of the photograph.

** Each entrant warrants that the photograph is a genuine and accurate representation and that the photo has been taken within the 2016 calendar year.

** MBA North reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for submitting an entry which, in the opinion of MBA North, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language.

** MBA North will review all photographs.

Judging :
** Judging will take place from 07 November 2016 – 21 November 2016.
** The judge for this competition will be the Executive Director of MBA North. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

** The winners will be announced on the MBA North website on or about 13 January 2017. MBA North may select additional entries to be used as replacements in the event that the first entrant chosen as a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or take a prize.

** The winners will be notified either via their social media account or by MBA North tagging the winner’s social media account and requesting each category winner to email Boitumelo Thipe (boitumelo@mbanorth.co.za) with their full contact details specifying name, address and telephone number.

Prizes :
** We will endeavour to send the prize within one (1) month of the competition draw date.
** The prize is non-transferable and no part of any prize is exchangeable for cash or any other instrument.
** If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
