What is Battery Centre Easter Competition?

Battery Centre Easter Competition is run by First National Battery Division of Metindustrial (PTY) LTD South Africa. The Participant must be a permanent resident or citizen of the Republic of South Africa. The winner will get 1 (one) of 10 (ten) Raylite Inverters. Competition starts on 30 March 2023, and closes on 10 April 2023.

Eligibility of Battery Centre Easter Competition

1. The Participant must be;
** a natural person and may not be a juristic person;
** 18 years or older; and
** a permanent resident or citizen of the Republic of South Africa.

2. The Participant, by entering into the Promotional Competition, expressly acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read the Competition Rules before entering the Promotional Competition and that he/she understands and thereby agrees to the Competition Rules.

3. It is a material term of the Promotional Competition that all Participants to this Promotional Competition participate entirely at their own risk.

4. No director, employee, agent or consultant of the Promotor(s), or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this competition may participate in this competition.

How To Participate in the Battery Centre Easter Competition?

To enter this competition, Participants must :

** Get their battery tested
** Scan the QR code instore

Complete the following details on the Microsite form:

** Branch Name
** Upload a picture of the battery being tested

Prizes of Battery Centre Easter Competition

** The winner will get 1 (one) of 10 (ten) Raylite Inverters.
** The Winners will be selected by an Audited random draw.
** The Winners will be personally notified via telephonic call and announced on the Battery Centre Facebook page within 21 calendar days of the draw having taken place for prize redemption.
** In the event that any of the Winners cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another Winner in substitution.
** Any prize not taken up for any reason within 30 days of notification will be forfeited.
** The Prize can not be exchanged for cash.

The Winner:
** There will be 10 (ten) winners selected overall from entries submitted on the Microsite.
** All Winners will be required to provide their names, ID numbers, addresses and contact details and to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the Prize upon the collection of the prize. Prizes can be collected at your nearest Battery Centre of your choice.

** The Participants’ consent, by taking part in the competition to the Promoter using the personal information collected through the competition to adjudicate the competition and for future marketing purposes by the Promoter themselves.
** Where Participants/ Winners consent to take part in the Promoter’s publicity campaigns, they will not be entitled to any remuneration for such participation and all materials arising from such participation will be the sole property of the Promoter.
