Draw Mechanics :
** Draws will be done electronically through promotions executive.
** Ticket issuing will open the Friday prior to the draw at 10h00
** Ticket issuing will close 15 minutes prior to each draw.

** Guests must print a verification stub for each individual draw (ie a separate verification stub for the 19h00, 20h00, 21h00 and 22h00 draw.)
** Guests must present themselves to the auditors with their correct verification stub and picture identification within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced

** It’s not compulsory for guests to provide their MVG card at the verification process
** If a guest is not present at a specific draw, a new ticket will be drawn electronically by promotions executive after the 2 minutes and the guest will forfeit his/her chance of winning
** A Guest can win only once at a specific draw, but multiple times during the evening.

** Guests will receive ticket based on their MVG card status on the above mentioned and will win prizes as stipulated below on dates and times indicated
** At the 22h00 draw guest in order of verification will get an opportunity to pick a box. Five identical boxes will be on display with the below prizes inside.

** Guests will receive the prize revealed inside their chosen box
** On 22 November the big prize will be a Hyundai I10 Grande (valued at R179 000)
** On 31 December the big prize will be a Hyundai i10 (valued at R152 000)

Mechanics of the promotion :
** Tickets for the draw will be issued according to points earned on slots and tables.

22 November Draw :
** Guests will receive 1 draw ticket for every 10 points earned from 1 November at 00h01 until 21 November at 23h59.
** Tickets will be printed via Promotions Executive. Guests need to print a verification stub for every draw.

31 December Draw :
** Guests will receive 1 draw ticket for every 10 points earned from 1 November at 00h01 until 30 December at 23h59.
** Tickets will be printed via Promotions Executive. Guests need to print a verification stub for every draw.

Rules and Regulations :
** No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
** Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

** This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
** Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.

** Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates, and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
** Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times.

** Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and positive and acceptable form of identification.
** Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
** In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.

** Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
** All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; Participants does however have the right to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board in the event of a dispute.

** Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
** Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

** The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
