Additional Simplified Procedure

There are two main ways to submit a Santam claim online:

1. Santam Client Portal:
** Visit the Santam Client Portal
** Register or log in: If you haven’t already, register for an account and link your policy.
** Navigate to the “Policy” page: Click on “Register a claim”.
** Select the claim type: Choose between “General Claim” or “Motor Glass Claim”.
** Enter the incident date: Provide the date the incident occurred.
** Complete the claim registration: Follow the prompts on the screen, providing details about the incident, damage, and any relevant parties involved.
** Submit the claim: Once completed, you’ll receive a claims number via email.

2. Santam App:
** Download the Santam App
** Link your policy: Ensure your policy is linked to your app account.
** Use the Santam Incident Reporter: Open the feature and provide details about the incident.
** Capture evidence: Take photos of the damage, record audio statements, and upload any relevant documents.
** Submit the claim: Follow the prompts in the app to submit your claim.
