What is SPAR Parmalat Back to School Promotion?

SPAR Parmalat “YO-GURT THIS” Back to School Promotion 2024 is organised by Lactalis South Africa (Pty) Ltd. The competition is open to all residents of the Republic of South Africa. To enter the competition and stand a chance to win, the participant must purchase any participating Parmalat 6x100g or 6x100g YumChums product. All the successful and valid entries received will be entered into a prize draw to stand a chance to win a share of R406,000 in prizes. The competition commences on the 15th January 2024 and closes on the 18th February 2024.

Eligibility of SPAR Parmalat Back to School Promotion

The competition is open to all residents of the Republic of South Africa, who are 18 years and older, except the employees of Lactalis South Africa (Pty) Ltd (Lactalis) and the respective advertising, media and PR Agencies, as well as the family members, consultants, directors, associates and trading partner of such organizations and persons.

How To Enter in the SPAR Parmalat Back to School Promotion?

To enter the competition and stand a chance to win, the participant must purchase any participating Parmalat 6x100g or 6x100g YumChums product. Participant can either swipe their participating retailer rewards card or Enter via WhatsApp using the following number +27 827 343 377 and following the prompts.

As part of the WhatsApp entry mechanic the Participants will be required to send a clear image of their till slip & provide the last four digits of their products’ barcode found on the label of any participating product purchased. (Standard data rates apply: approx. R0.001 per message). Free minutes do not apply.

Prizes of SPAR Parmalat Back to School Promotion

All the successful and valid entries received will be entered into a prize draw to stand a chance to win a share of R406,000 in prizes broken down as follows: 1 of 8x R25,000 school fee Cash prizes, 1 of 84x R1500 school stationery vouchers, 1 of 10x R5000 Shoprite/Checkers grocery vouchers, or 1 of 30x R1000 PnP clothing vouchers.

Terms of SPAR Parmalat Back to School Promotion

** The Promoter is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this Competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
** Participants must keep their proof of purchase for verification purposes and to claim the prize. If the winner does not have the proof of purchase the prize will be forfeited to the Promoter for a redraw.
** The Participant must be able to produce a valid till slip per entry. For example, if a Participant enters 5 times and is selected as a potential winner, they must be able to provide 5 unique till slips which are dated before their entries.
** The winners will be chosen through a random prize selector and will be announced as weekly throughout the course of the competition.
** Confirmed Competition Draw dates: 25-Jan-24, 26-Jan-24, 07-Feb-24, 09-Feb-24, 14-Feb-24,15-Feb-24, 16-Feb-24, 21-Feb-24, 23-Feb-24.
** Competition entries for one period, will not be transferred to the winners draw for the next period, Entrants will only be considered if they have entered the competition again, within the indicated period for the next draw.
** Winners will be contacted by BrandM8 and will request documentation to be completed and for each winner to provide their bank account details and proof of banking letter (dated not more than 3 months ago), and a copy of their South African ID or South African passport.
** Cash prizes will then be electronically transferred (EFT) into the provided bank account once these are received.
** Winners agree to sign an acceptance form and agree to the use of their image as part of the reporting process and for no additional fee.
** Under no circumstances shall the promoter be liable to anyone who enters this Promotion for any direct or consequential loss howsoever arising which may be suffered in relation to the prize draw, whether as a result of any negligent act or omission or any default on the part of the promoter or otherwise.
** The promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules.
** The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
