NIDO 3+ Register and Win Competition 2024 is organised by Nestlé (South Africa) (Proprietary) Limited. This Campaign is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa with children between the ages of 3-5 years of age. To participate in this Campaign, you must sign up for exclusive NESTLÉ® NIDO® 3+ content on Facebook or YouTube. Your participation in this Campaign gives you the chance to win 1 of 50 shopping vouchers valued at R50 each. This Campaign shall commence on 22nd January 2024 and will end on 29th February 2024.

Eligibility of Nestlé NIDO 3+ Register and Win Competition

1. This Campaign is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa with children between the ages of 3-5 years of age.

2. The following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:
** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.
** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above.
** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
** Persons under the age of 18 years.

To participate in this Campaign, you must sign up for exclusive NESTLÉ® NIDO® 3+ content on Facebook or YouTube. In doing so, you stand a chance to win a prize (details below). Note: on Facebook you will be directed to a form that you need to complete with your details, and on YouTube you will be redirected to the website sign up page on https://www.nidokids.co.za. Prizes of Nestlé NIDO 3+ Register and Win Competition

Your participation in this Campaign gives you the chance to win 1 of 50 shopping vouchers valued at R50 each. Vouchers can be redeemed up until 31 December 2026 and can be redeemed at the specific store as stated on the voucher (Takealot, Checkers, Shoprite, Clicks and Pick N Pay). Failure to redeem the voucher within the specified time will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.

Claiming Your Prize:
** Winners will be selected by automated random draw. The draw will be held in the week of the of 4th March 2024 .
** At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive an email from a representative of the Promoters at which point he/she may be required to answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility, as well as be requested to submit certain documents such as proof of purchase (receipt/s or coupon/s) if applicable and a copy of his/her National ID and/or driver’s license to the Promoters’ representative.
** A potential prize winner is not an actual winner at the time of being contacted. Contact is made with the potential prize winner to validate his/her documents.
** If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be executed subject to the terms and conditions herein.
** A potential prize winner will also have 48 hours to produce the relevant documentation before forfeiting the prize and a runner up chosen.
** If the Promoters are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners after 3 (three) attempts made within 3 (three) working days of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect email addresses, such winner will be disqualified and a redraw will be executed subject to the terms and conditions herein.

General :
** The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
** The Promoters may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable the Promoters to ensure compliance with these Rules.
** Should a winner be found not to have complied with these Rules, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Winners may also be required to sign acceptance of prizes and indemnity documents.
** The prizes are not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption of prizes is permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to a verified prize winner.
** The Promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the prizes with any other prizes of comparable or greater commercial value for whatever reason.
