Responsibilities :
** Team quality assurance management and procedure implementation for subsistence and travel and accounts receivable
** Team performance management and coaching
** Executing daily task and volume distribution
** Reviewing journal entries
** Preparing analyses of control accounts
** Opening new debtors and creditors accounts on JDE

** Daily cheque signatory
** Updating the procedures manual for area of responsibility
** EFT payment authorisation
** Assisting with year-end
** Co-ordinating month-end every third month

Core Requirements :
** A relevant three year accounting degree
** At least three years’ supervisory experience
** Computer literacy in a financial package and spreadsheet package (JD Edward experience would be advantageous)
** Five years’ accounting experience
** Valid driver’s licence

Salary Band :
** A salary in the region of R387 000 per annum, cost-to-company will be negotiated in consideration of experience and qualifications.
