What is Office National Vocal Your Local Competition?

Vocal Your Local Competition 2024 is conducted by Office National Africa (Pty) Limited. This Competition is open to citizens and permanent residents of South Africa, Lesotho, and Namibia over the age of sixteen (16) years. Participate and stand a chance to WIN amazing hampers on Social Media. The Competition will run from 1st March 2024 until 5th April 2024. The Competition is a Social Media promotion. The winners will be announced on 11 April 2024 on the Office National Facebook page.

Eligibility of Office National Vocal Your Local Competition

1. This Competition is open to citizens and permanent residents of South Africa, Lesotho, and Namibia over the age of sixteen (16) years;
2. Employees of the Promoter, partners, directors, members, as well as their spouses, life partners, children, siblings, or associates are not eligible to enter or participate in this Competition.

** The Competition will run from 1 March 2024 until 5 April 2024. The Competition is a Social Media promotion.
** The winners will be announced on 11 April 2024 on the Office National Facebook page. In the event that we are unable to make contact with a winner (per 10 below), another winner will be selected in their place.
** Participants may enter the Competition as many times as they wish, provided that Participants have adhered to the entry mechanics each time.

Prizes of Office National Vocal Your Local Competition

** Stand a chance to WIN amazing hampers on Social Media. The Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption of prizes is permitted. Winners will be chosen at random.
** Every week, starting from 1 March 2024, a competition will be posted. Entries for each hamper giveaway close on 5 April 2024.
** Winners will be announced on 11 April 2024. Winner announcements will only be made on the Office National Facebook page.
** Office National will not ask you to follow a link to claim your prize. Winners will be contacted via Direct Messaging, and further engagement will be done via email.

Competition Terms and Conditions:
1. This Competition is open to citizens and permanent residents of South Africa, Lesotho, and Namibia over the age of sixteen (16) years;

2. Employees of the Promoter, partners, directors, members, as well as their spouses, life partners, children, siblings, or associates are not eligible to enter or participate in this Competition.

3. The Competition will run from 1 March 2024 until 5 April 2024. The Competition is a Social Media promotion. The winners will be announced on 11 April 2024 on the Office National Facebook page. 4. Participants may enter the Competition as many times as they wish, provided that Participants have adhered to the entry mechanics each time.

5. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that their personal contact details provided are accurate.

6. The outcome of the Competition is subject to the decision of the judge or organiser of the Competition whose decision is final and no negotiations and/or correspondence will be entered into.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out reasonable due diligence to confirm eligibility of participation and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Competition will not bring the Promoter or any of the Promoter brands into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the Competition as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

8. The Promoter shall not be liable if they are unable to contact any of the potential winners after three (3) attempts made within three (3) working days of their name being drawn, for whatever reason, including incorrect entry steps followed, incorrect contact details, inoperative telephone numbers or no answer. Such a potential winner will be disqualified and a redraw will be executed from the eligible entries.

9. If a winner fails to comply with any of these Rules or the Promoter’s terms of acceptance of the Prize, or if a winner refuses to sign the Promoter’s Indemnity in respect thereof, this will be construed as a rejection of the prize and to this end, without prejudice to any other remedy which the Promoter and its associates may have, the winner will be automatically disqualified and will forfeit the prize.

10. In the event where the Competition / Promotion is cancelled or suspended, all Participants/entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Competition / Promotion and acknowledge that they have no recourse against the Promoter, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors, or promoters.

11. The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents, and distributors are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or oral) in respect of any Prize nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves.

12. The Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption of prizes is permitted.

13. Costs associated with insurance on the Prize, including extras such as fuel, licensing, servicing and repairs and additional accessories are not included.

14. A Participant who is awarded a Prize accepts the Prize voetstoots and the Promoter shall not be liable for any defect on the Prize.

15. The Promoter or Office National outlet will advise the winner when the Prize will be ready for collection. Once the winner has been notified of a suitable handover date, the winner will be required to collect the Prize within ten (10) working days of the handover date being confirmed, failing which the winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Promoter shall be obliged to move onto the next possible finalist.
