** update your personal and contact details;
** request a membership card;
** view your contribution details;
** view your claims, claims statements and benefit usage;
** receive email confirmations when your claims are processed;
** check chronic and hospital authorisations; and
** download your membership and tax certificate.

** Click on ‘Forgot your PIN?’ in the ‘Login’ box.
** The system will open a page entitled ‘Retrieve PIN’.
** Complete the required fields on that page and click on ‘Submit’.
** The system will automatically send you an email confirming your PIN.
** You need to ensure that the email address that the Scheme has on record for you is your preferred email destination.
