How To Track myNSFAS Application Status?
You can now track the status of your application on myNSFAS Portal. To track your myNSFAS Application Status, follow these steps:

Steps:
1. Visit the myNSFAS Portal:
** Go to the NSFAS website: www.nsfas.org.za.
** Click on myNSFAS button at the Top right corner of the homepage.
2. Log in to Your Account:
** Enter your registered email address and password.
** Complete the CAPTCHA to verify your identity.
** Click Sign In.
3. Check Your Application Status:
** Once logged in, look for the Track Application Progress or Application Status tab.
** Click on it to view the current status of your application.
4. Understand the Status Terms:
** Application Submitted: Your application has been received and is being processed.
** Documents Missing: You need to upload the required documents.
** Under Review: Your application is being reviewed to confirm eligibility.
** Approved: Your funding has been approved.
** Rejected: Your application did not meet the requirements (reason will be provided)..
5. Check Your Application Status:
Check regularly for updates or further actions needed, such as uploading missing documents or accepting your funding.
Tracking Application Status On myNSFAS Portal:
** Log In: Enter your registered email and password.
** Navigate to the “Track Funding Progress” section to view real-time updates.

How To Apply For NSFAS Appeal?
If your NSFAS application is rejected, you can appeal by following these steps:

Step 2: Check the reason for rejection.
Step 3: Submit a formal appeal with supporting documentation.

NSFAS 2025 Application Supporting Documents:
Required Supporting documents during the application process:
** If you have applied for #NSFAS2025 funding and received a request to submit supporting documents, log into your myNSFAS account to upload the required documents.
** Students must download the NSFAS 2025 Consent form:NSFAS reserves the right to validate all information and details provided by the applicant and parent/guardian/spouse against independent third party data source.
** Students must download the NSFAS Declaration form: This form only applies to applicants who are 34 years old or younger. This form is used to verify parental/guardian details.
** Students with disabilities must provide: A completed and signed Disability Annexure Form, please ensure that the medical report is merged with this disability annexure when you create a file to submit with your application.
** Students must download the NSFAS Orphan or Vulnerable Child Declaration form: This form is only to be completed by applicants who are under the age of 18 and who are orphans OR, who are vulnerable children in that they have been exposed to abuse, neglect, exploitation, risk of violence and substance abuse.
