What is Midea Spot the Taxi Competition?

Midea Spot the Taxi Competition 2025 is organised by Livance Distributors (PTY) Ltd. The competition is open to South African residents only. To enter in the Competition, participants must Spot a Midea-branded taxi anywhere in South Africa and Post the photo on Facebook or Instagram. Participate and Stand a chance to receive a Midea 16kg Top Loader Washing Machine. Last date of Competition is 30th June 2025.

Eligibility of Midea Spot the Taxi Competition

** The competition is open to South African residents only.
** Participants must be 18 years or older.
** Employees of Livance Distributors, and associated partners, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

How To Enter in the Midea Spot the Taxi Competition?

To enter in the Midea Spot the Taxi Competition, participants must:
** Spot a Midea-branded taxi anywhere in South Africa.
** Take a clear photo of the branded taxi.
** Post the photo on Facebook or Instagram, using the hashtag #MideaSpotTheTaxi and tagging @mideasouthafrica.

Entry Rules:
** Each photo shared counts as one entry.
** Participants may enter multiple times, provided each entry features a different sighting of a Midea-branded taxi.
** Entries must be public so they can be seen and verified.
** Only entries that include the correct hashtag #MideaSpotTheTaxi and tag @mideasouthafrica will be eligible.

General:
** By entering the competition, entrants agree to the use of their submitted content (photos) for promotional purposes by Midea South Africa.
** Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.
** Livance Distributors reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or appears to involve fraudulent or suspicious activity.
** Livance Distributors reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

Prizes of Midea Spot the Taxi Competition

Grand Prize: One winner will receive a Midea 16kg Top Loader Washing Machine.
Monthly Lucky Draws: One winner per month will receive a Midea 20L Microwave (draws will take place at the end of May and June).

Winner Selection of Midea Spot the Taxi Competition

** Monthly winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during each calendar month.
** The Grand Prize winner will be selected at the end of the competition from all valid entries received between 1 May and 30 June 2025.
** Winners will be contacted via social media direct message and announced on Midea South Africa’s official social media pages.

What is the Last Date of Midea Spot the Taxi Competition?

The Midea Spot the Taxi Competition runs from 1st May 2025 to 30th June 2025, inclusive. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
