What is Jacobs Coffee National Promotion Competition?

Jacobs Coffee National Promotion Competition 2025 is organised by Jacobs Douwe Egberts. This Competition is limited to legal residents and/or citizens of South Africa. Participate and Win a Trip for two people to Sweden to stand a chance of seeing the Northern Lights valued at R150 000.00. Participants are required to purchase any 2 Jacobs branded Products & follow prompts at any store nationwide in the Republic of South Africa to enter the competition. Last date of Competition is 31st July 2025.

Eligibility of Jacobs Coffee National Promotion Competition

a. This Competition is limited to legal residents and/or citizens of South Africa. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition:
b. Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.
c. Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above.
d. People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
e. Persons under the age of 18 years.

How To Enter in the Jacobs Coffee National Promotion?

To participate in this Competition, Participants must adhere to the following:
a. Participants are required to purchase not earlier than 1 June 2025 and before 23:59:59 31 July 2025 any 2 Jacobs branded Products as defined in the below table (*excluding single sticks) at any store nationwide in the Republic of South Africa to enter the competition

b. Participants can choose three of the below ways to enter:
i. Scan the QR code on instore point of sale and selected online platforms and follow the prompts
ii. Save this WhatsApp number 060 881 5383 , send the word Jacobs to it and follow the prompts.
iii. Dial *120*6673# and follow the prompts

c. Entry costs are as per user’s standard WhatsApp data usage
d. USSD costs are 20c / 20 seconds
e. Only one entry per cell phone number per day
f. Participants may enter the competition as many times as they wish over the promotional period, provided that participants purchase the two participating products each time and complete the competition entry and enter a new till slip (proof of purchase)
g. Participants are required to keep their till slip as proof of purchase to constitute a valid entry.
h. All entries from disqualified participants’ mobile numbers will be rejected.
i. Only one prize per household and per person irrespective the amount of entries.
j. No computer-based entries will be accepted.
k. Any mobile number that enters an invalid till slip five (5) times in succession will be locked out of the Competition for the entire duration of the promotional competition (“Blocked Participants”).
l. Blocked Participants have an opportunity to call the Jacobs Competition Call Centre on 011 215 7140 between 08h30 – 16h30 Monday to Friday should there be a valid reason, which is accepted by the Promoter, for the Blocked Participants to be allowed to enter the Competition.

What is the Last Date of Jacobs Coffee National Promotion?

The Jacobs Coffee National Promotion Competition shall commence on 1 June 2025 and will end on 31 July 2025 (Last Date). No entries nor till slips dated before 1 June 2025 and after 23:59:59 31 July 2025 will be considered.
