Eligibility of Toyota Old School Competition

Toyota Old School Competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa only. Employees of Dentsu Creative CPT and JHB including its subsidiaries, its affiliates and its holding companies are not eligible to enter the competition. Toyota South Africa Motors and its agencies are not eligible to enter the competition.

Terms of Toyota Old School Competition

** The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
** Toyota South Africa Motors’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
** Toyota South Africa Motors reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
** An entrant shall be deemed to have notice of any such amendments or interpretations upon publication of the same on the website page and shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments or interpretations by virtue of his/her continued participation in the promotion.
** Personal information, as above, shall have the meaning given in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (‘POPI’) and any other Regulations, Directives, Decisions or Guidelines on data protection or data privacy and guidance issued by the Information Regulator of South Africa (‘’Data Protection Legislation’’).
** Toyota South Africa Motors, Dentsu CPT and JHB and the entrants shall comply with the requirements applicable to it under the Data Protection Legislation and the data protection principles specified in the Data Protection Legislation that are applicable to it.
** No liability shall attach to Toyota South Africa Motors, the Agency or the Promoter in relation to any claims, losses or liabilities for any loss of profit or any other direct and/or indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of any of the Prizes.
** The winner will be chosen using a random number generator on 8 August 2025. Any subscribers who sign up after this date will not be eligible for the prize.
** The winner will be contacted by email on 11 August 2025. Should the winner not respond and accept the prize within five (5) working days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly selected.
** The winner consents to having his/her name/s or his/her photograph published on Toyota South Africa Motors’ social media platforms.
** The winner may be announced on social media
** Non-compliance with these rules shall render the winner ineligible to participate in this Competition and to receive prize/s.
