Eligibility of Nestle Gold Rush With SPAR Rewards Competition
** The promotional competition is open to all South African residents residing across South Africa and who are in possession of a valid identity document, passport or document of proof of South African residency.
** Any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members may not enter or participate in the Competition and will automatically be disqualified upon entry.
** Any participant under the age of 18 (eighteen) years cannot enter the competition and therefore cannot win the prize.
How To Enter in the Nestle Gold Rush With SPAR Rewards Competition?
To enter in the Nestle Gold Rush With SPAR Rewards Competition, participants will be required to:
1. Buy any participating NESCAFÉ GOLD or NESCAFÉ Cappuccino product (single serve sticks are excluded) from any SPAR Store.
2. Swipe your SPAR Rewards card for an automatic entry.
Participating Products:
Participants may enter as many times as they wish provided that each entry is associated with a separate purchase. Participants must enter on a SPAR Rewards card that is owned and registered to that person. No other person can use another person’s SPAR Rewards card for Competition entry purposes. If it is discovered that participants have entered on a profile that is not registered to them, they will be disqualified, and the entrant will be requested to refund the prizes to the Promoters.

Stand a chance to win one of five Golden Getaway travel vouchers valued at R100,000 each to be used towards a holiday destination of the winner’s choice.
Participants stand a chance to win the following:
1. One of five Golden Getaway travel vouchers valued at R100,000 each ( total value of prize is R500,0000 to be used towards a holiday destination of the winner’s choice.
2. The prize includes:
** Transportation
** Accommodation
** Visa application costs (If applicable)
** Travel insurance
** Pre-booked excursions
3. The prize excludes:
** Health requirements where necessary
** All items of a personal nature
** Gratuities
** Spending money
** Any other items not noted in the inclusions
4. The travel arrangements will be made through the Promoters nominated travel agent.
5. The travel voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Should the winner fail to travel during this time the prize will be forfeited.
6. A total of 5 winners will be selected by random draw.
7. The winner will be selected two weeks after the competition ends and will be notified telephonically where the winner will be required to verify their details.
8. The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavor to contact the prize winner once every day for 5 (five) consecutive working days after their name is drawn. If the prize winner cannot be contacted during this period, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the rules.
