Kessra Shipping & Delivery Policy

We use BobGo for all our shipping requirements, and a flat rate courier fee of R100.00 applies to all orders, excluding bulk orders. Should you require any other method of delivery, please contact us via email on info@kessra.co.za or via WhatsApp on +27 82 594 3795 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

While we always aim to get your order shipped timeously, orders are only despatched once payment for your order has been cleared. We require a maximum of 3 business days to process your order and once your order has been despatched, your tracking number will be sent to you.

Orders will be delivered within the time frame advertised during checkout. Delivery times depend on your delivery address and would vary as follows:
** Local Deliveries (based in Durban) – 2-3 business days
** National Deliveries (Main Centres) – 3-5 business days
** National Deliveries (Outlying Areas) – 5-7 business days

Whilst we always endeavour to ensure your parcel is delivered within this time frame, shipping is out of our control and delays may occur on the odd occasion. Courier Damage:
Kessra will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. While Kessra will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the chosen delivery address, should your parcel show any signs of tampering or courier damage, please ensure you document this on the Waybill when you sign to receive your delivery.

Kessra Return Policy

** If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your purchase may be returned within five (5) days of you receiving it. Note that no returns will be granted for purchased items outside of the 5-day policy.
** For hygienic reasons, all products must be returned in original condition with tags attached – unworn and unwashed. Once your return has been received, all products will be subject to inspection.
** We do not offer refunds, but products can be exchanged for items of equal value.
** Postage is not refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping/delivery costs associated with returns.
** If the product is defective, we will send you a replacement free of charge, but only once we receive the defective product from you.
