How To Track Smael Order Status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email to monitor your parcel’s progress. You can also track your order directly on our website by clicking the link below: Simply enter your order number and other required details to view the status of your shipment.
Steps:
Step-1 : Go to the link https://www.smael.co.za/a/track/
Step-2 : Enter your Order Number (or) Tracking Reference
Step-3 : Click on “Track” button.

Smael Shipping Information
We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:
** Delivery Time: 24-72 hours to all major cities. Deliveries to non-main cities might take slightly longer.
** Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase during the week (Monday to Friday).
** Weekend and Holiday Policy: We are not open on weekends or public holidays, and neither are our courier partners. Please account for these days when calculating delivery times.
** Shipping Cost: A standard shipping fee of R75 applies to all orders under R600. Shipping is FREE for orders above R600.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays in delivery.

Additional Information:
** Orders placed on Fridays will only be processed on the following Monday.
** During peak seasons or sales, delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes.
** Please note that we currently do not deliver to PO Boxes.
** Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Smael 30-Day Return Policy
** If you do not like your new product (which is highly unlikely), you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging. “No questions asked.” IT MUST BE UNUSED AND STICKERS STILL ATTACHED.
** This option is only for you to see the product in person and decide whether it is as represented on our website www.smael.co.za.
** Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
** To complete your return, we need your order number and proof of purchase.
** Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse; they need to be sent to a different destination.
Refunds (if applicable):
** If you wish to return a product, kindly notify us by sending a WhatsApp to 063 232 8285.
** Please include your order number in the email and clearly state that you are returning the item under our ’30-day return policy’. This will help us expedite your return.
** Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a WhatsApp message to confirm receipt of your returned item.
** We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account within 30 days.
** Shipping Costs are NOT included in the refund.
** Please note that a standard shipping fee of R75 applies to all parcels dispatched, regardless of whether your initial purchase qualified for free shipping.
