What is Huletts Festive Masterclass Competition?

Huletts Festive Masterclass Competition 2025 is organised by Tongaat Hulett Limited. The competition is open to all South African citizens residing in South Africa. Watch The Lazy Makoti’s #HulettsSchoolOfSugar Festive Masterclass videos on YouTube and follow the prompts to enter. A participant could win 1 x 50 cash prizes valued at R2000 each. Last date of Competition is 31st December 2025.

Eligibility of Huletts Festive Masterclass Competition

The promotional competition is open to all South African citizens residing in South Africa, in possession of a valid identity document, except any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, its marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

Any participant under the age of 18 years must be fully assisted by his/her guardian, who approves and consents to the participant’s participation in the competition and the participant’s receipt/possession of the prize.

How To Enter in the Huletts Festive Masterclass Competition?

To enter in the Huletts Festive Masterclass Competition, participants will be required to:
** Watch The Lazy Makoti’s #HulettsSchoolOfSugar Festive Masterclass videos on YouTube.
** Recreate one of the recipes featured in the masterclass.
** Share a photo of their creation, making sure the relevant Huletts Speciality Sugar used is clearly visible.
** On Facebook: Post their photo in the comments section of our competition posts and use #HulettsSchoolOfSugar.
** On Instagram: Post their dish on their feed, tag @huletts_sa and use #HulettsSchoolOfSugar. Only entries from public Instagram profiles will be valid.

Prizes of Huletts Festive Masterclass Competition

** The total prize value is R100 000. A participant could win 1 x 50 cash prizes valued at R2000 each. Each participant may only win once.
** Participants may submit multiple entries; however, only one entry per participant will be deemed valid.
** All winners will be required to provide their names, ID numbers, and contact details to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize.
** A total of 50 winners will be selected by means of a random draw on 07 January 2026. Winners will be contacted within 5 working days of the draw.
** Winners will be notified via DM, and then by telephone where the winner will be required to verify their details.
** The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavor to contact the prize winner once every day for 3 consecutive working days after their name is drawn.
** If the prize winner cannot be contacted during this period, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected in accordance with the Rules.
** The winners will have 5 days from the time they are contacted to provide the required information.
** In the event that a winner fails to provide the required information within 5 days from the time they are contacted, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected in accordance with the Rules.
** The winners will be randomly drawn by the Promoter’s representatives.
** The prize is not transferable.
** The Promoter reserves the right to name winners publicly and in any other place where the Promoter deems fit. By entering the competition, prize winners agree to the publication of their name by the Promoter.
