What is Shop2Shop Peak Trade Promotional Competition?

Peak Trade Promotional Competition 2025 is conducted and promoted by Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd. It is open to all registered Shop2Shop traders in South Africa. To qualify, a Qualifying Participant must successfully complete all ten (10) required weekly actions during the Competition Period. Participate and Win holiday valued at up to R50 000. Last date of Competition is 1st February 2026.

Eligibility of Shop2Shop Peak Trade Promotional Competition

** This Competition is open to all registered Shop2Shop traders in South Africa who are 18 years or older (“Qualifying Participants”).
** Directors, employees, agents or consultants of Shop2Shop or any of its associated companies, including their immediate family members (spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, or sister), will not be eligible to enter.

How To Enter in the Shop2Shop Peak Trade Promotional Competition?

To qualify in the Shop2Shop Peak Trade Promotional Competition, a Qualifying Participant must successfully complete all ten (10) required weekly actions during the Competition Period (“Qualifying Actions”):

Weekly Actions Table:
Week 1 (24 Nov – 30 Nov 2025) : Top up their Profit+ account with a once-off top-up of R1 000 or more.
Week 2 (1 Dec – 7 Dec 2025) : Accept card payments on their Shop2Shop Tap2Pay device totalling R2 000.
Week 3 (8 Dec – 14 Dec 2025) : Pay 2 suppliers in the Shop2Shop App.
Week 4 (15 Dec – 21 Dec 2025) : Sell 10 EasyVouchers on Profit+.
Week 5 (22 Dec – 28 Dec 2025) : Vend R1 000 on Profit+.

Week 6 (29 Dec – 4 Jan 2026):
Complete one of the following:
** Send money from South Africa using the Shop2Shop Money Transfer service; OR
** Take a Stock Advance (if eligible); OR
** Pay a Supplier using the Pay Supplier / Payments functionality.

Week 7 (5 Jan – 11 Jan 2026): Complete a SASSA Payout.
Week 8 (12 Jan – 18 Jan 2026): Link your phone number to your Shop2Shop profile. (In the S2S app: Menu → My Profile → My Shop → Edit)
Week 9 (19 Jan – 25 Jan 2026) : Accept or make a Scan2Pay transaction.
Week 10 (26 Jan – 1 Feb 2026) : Use your Shop2Shop card machine every day during the week to accept card payments.

Prizes of Shop2Shop Peak Trade Promotional Competition

1. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all participants who completed all 10 Qualifying Actions.

2. The prize consists of a holiday valued at up to R50 000, and the winner may choose one of the following destinations:
** London
** Mauritius
** Dubai

3. The prize includes:
** Return flights for the winner
** Accommodation up to 4 nights
** Spending money of R1 000 per day, up to R5 000 (included in the total R50 000 limit)

4. The total prize value may not exceed R50 000.
5. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be booked through Shop2Shop’s nominated travel provider.
6. The prize is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be ceded to another person.
7. The winner is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport and visas, if required).
8. If the winner fails to meet travel requirements, the holiday prize will be forfeited and replaced with a cash payout of up to R30 000.
9. Any tax implications arising from acceptance of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection:
1. The winner will be selected by a random, computer-generated draw from all participants who completed all Qualifying Actions.
2. Shop2Shop’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winner.
3. The winner may be required to provide identification and proof of eligibility.
4. Shop2Shop reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraud, misconduct, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Winner Notification:
1. The winner will be notified via WhatsApp and/or the Shop2Shop App inbox.
2. Shop2Shop will make at least three (3) attempts to contact the winner.
3. If the winner cannot be contacted within three business days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
4. Upon acceptance, the winner may be publicly announced on Shop2Shop’s website and social media platforms.

What is the Last Date of Shop2Shop Peak Trade Promotional Competition?

The Shop2Shop Peak Trade Promotional Competition runs from 08:00 on 24 November 2025 until 23:59 on 1 February 2026 (Last Date). No entries will be accepted outside of the Competition Period.
