What is Tru-Cape Health and Fitness Competition?

The Tru-Cape Health and Fitness Competition is open to all South African residents. To qualify for entry, participants must purchase Tru-Cape fruit and submit a valid proof of purchase by sending their till slip via one of Tru-Cape’s official social media channels. Participate and win Stanley Quencher Tumblers and Tru-Cape Branded Merchandise. Last date of Competition is 15th March 2026.

Eligibility of Tru-Cape Health and Fitness Competition

The Tru-Cape Health and Fitness Competition is open to all South African residents aged eighteen (18) years and older. Any person under the age of eighteen (18) must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:
** Directors, members, business partners, employees, sales agents, advertising agency staff, advisors or consultants of Tru-Cape;
** Immediate family members of the above (including spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers and sisters);
** Associated companies, holding companies, subsidiaries, agents, and consultants of Tru-Cape.

How To Enter in the Tru-Cape Health and Fitness Competition?

To enter in the Tru-Cape Health and Fitness Competition, participants must purchase Tru-Cape fruit and submit a valid proof of purchase by sending their till slip via one of Tru-Cape’s official social media channels.

Prizes of Tru-Cape Health and Fitness Competition

There are prizes available to be won, which include Stanley Quencher tumblers; and Tru-Cape branded merchandise. The number of prizes and specific merchandise items will be determined by Tru-Cape at its sole discretion.

Note:
** Winners will be selected through a random draw.
** Winners will be notified via Tru-Cape’s official social media pages.
** Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification and provide all required delivery details. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternative winner will be drawn.
** Prizes will be delivered within thirty (30) days from the end of the Competition.
** Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Tru-Cape reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value should circumstances require.
** All winners are subject to verification. Winners may be required to submit identification and delivery information and to sign acceptance and indemnity documentation.
** Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification.
** Winners may be requested to participate in promotional activities, including television, radio, print, or online media. Participation in such activities is voluntary, and winners may decline.
** Tru-Cape reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
** Tru-Cape further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition should circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise.
** The decision of Tru-Cape and/or its judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
