KFC Boosta Week Promotion

** By participating in this Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below applicable to this Promotion (“Rules”) run by KFC Proprietary Limited and/or its agencies (collectively, the “Organisers”) from time to time.

** Copies of these Rules are available on the KFC website, accessible at .kfc.co.za (“Website”) and/or or at Block C, Nicol Main Office Park, 4 Bruton Road, Bryanston, Johannesburg.
** You may not participate in this Promotion if you do not agree to be bound by the Rules and if you participate further in this Promotion, doing so will be confirmation that you agree to these Rules.

** The Organisers may, in their sole discretion, amend these Rules at any time, without notice, and such amendment(s) shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised Rules on the Website and the date of availability of the revised Rules.

Promotion Period :
** The Promotion will begin at 00:01 on 08 November 2016 and will end at 23:59 on 21 November 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
** No Free Soda (as defined below) will be awarded after the Promotion Period.

Eligible participants :
** In order to be eligible for participation in this Promotion, the participant must undertake to abide by these Rules.

How To Participate :
1. In order to receive a Free Soda (as defined below), participants will be required, during the Promotion Period, to make a purchase of a Boosta Week Bundle (being a snack burger and small chips) to the value of R19.90 (nineteen Rand ninety cents) (“Boosta Week Bundle”) at any KFC store in South Africa (“Purchase”).

2. Upon the Purchase of the Boosta Week Bundle, the participant is entitled to receive 1 (one) small soda fountain Coco-Cola (or other available Coca-Cola product), alternatively, in KFC stores where soda fountains are unavailable, 1 (one) 330ml can of Coca-Cola (or other available Coca-Cola product) (“Free Soda”) in the KFC store where the Purchase is made.

3. The Free Soda may only be redeemed at the time of the Purchase of the Boosta Week Bundle.

General terms :
** The Organisers will interpret the Rules in their sole discretion and reserve the right to amend the Rules at any time in accordance with the provisions contained in these Rules. By entering and participating in the Promotion, you agree that the Organisers may collect and process your personal information for purposes of this Promotion, for communication or statistical purposes and future KFC news.

** The Organisers, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any supplier of goods and services in connection with this Promotion and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this Promotion.
