What happens if I’m not at home to receive my order/delivery?
** You will receive a text message when the driver is on the way. If you’re not there to receive the delivery, please immediately text the Delivast WhatsApp Support Team at: 062 164 6503 with OR email us at: help@delivast.co.za.
** You can change your delivery/pickup date and time up until 3 hours before a shopper begins working on your order, FOR FREE. If you have a registered Delivast Account, login and go to your Profile. In the ‘My Orders’ section, and go to ‘Current Orders’. Go to the specific order you want to reschedule and click on ‘Help’. Select ‘Rescheduling a deliver’ and follow the steps to select a new day/time.
** If you made the order as a Guest and don’t have a Delivast Account, please text the Delivast WhatsApp Support Team at: 062 164 6503 OR email us at: help@delivast.co.za.
