What is Vodacom Spend and Recharge Competition?

Vodacom (Pty) Ltd is running the “Spend and Recharge” Competition where four (4 ) qualifying customers stand a chance of winning a R10k TFG vouchers, when buying a new device and a new Vodacom prepaid sim card (RICA and activate) and recharging with a minimum of R29 or more, at a participating TFG store, during the Competition period. Competition ends on 15th of July 2026.

Eligibility of Vodacom Spend and Recharge Competition

** The Vodacom Spend and Recharge Competition is only open to Vodacom Prepaid customers at least 18 years and older who (i) buy a new Vodacom device plus a prepaid sim card (RICA and activate) and (ii) recharges with a minimum of R29 or more, at any participating TFG store, from the 16th of April 2026 to the 15th of July 2026.
** Only entries received during the Competition period as stipulated in clause 1 above will qualify as potential winners.
** Entries received from business accounts held by legal persons (amongst other Corporates and SMEs, etc.) are excluded from participating and winning in the Competition.
** Only entrants who are using Vodacom SIM cards purchased at participating TFG stores that have been RICA registered are eligible to be winners in the competition.
** Each owner of a SIM card(s) is responsible to comply with South African law by RICA registering their SIM cards.
** Employees, directors and agents of Vodacom and all participating stores, their immediate families, life partners, business partners and associates and any person directly involved with the sponsoring, devising, production, or marketing of this Competition are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
** Participants must reside in South Africa and be in possession of a valid South African identity document or permanent residence permit or temporary residence permit valid for a period exceeding 3 (three) months for the Republic of South Africa and valid at the End Date.

How To Enter in the Vodacom Spend and Recharge Competition?

To stand a chance of winning in the Competition,
** Qualifying entrants must buy a new Vodacom device and prepaid sim card at any participating TFG store.
** RICA and activate the new Vodacom prepaid sim card.
** Recharge with R29 or more Vodacom Airtime on the new allocated mobile number on the day that the SIM is RICAd. to gain an entry into the Competition.
** Each individual recharge of R29 or more will qualify as one additional entry into the competition draw.
** For example, if a participant recharges with R29 five times, they will receive five additional entries.
** There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn, provided each recharge meets the minimum threshold of R29 and is made during the competition period.
** Only successful, qualifying recharges processed through participating channels will be eligible
** Validity dates will be from 16 April 2026 to 15 July 2026
** Vodacom shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the winners for entering the Competition or in claiming any prizes, where applicable.

Prizes of Vodacom Spend and Recharge Competition

** Four (4) qualifying customers will win TFG vouchers each valued at R10 000.00
** The total value of the Competition is R40 000.00 from the 16 April 2026 (the Start date) to 15 July 2026 (the “End Date”).
** The winners will be randomly selected by Vodacom after the campaign has concluded from all eligible entries who meet all the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
** The verified winners will be notified within 2 weeks after he / she has been selected and verified as a winner.
** Each airtime recharge and bundle purchase after the initial R29 airtime recharge will serve as an additional entry into the Competition.
** The winners will be drawn via a randomizer.
** TFG will contact all of winners.
