About African Congress For Transformation (ACT) Party

The African Congress for Transformation is a progressive political movement established in 2023 with the primary objective of addressing social, economic, and political disparities through a transformative approach that emphasizes unity, equity, and the well-being of all citizens.

Our vision is to create a society where the principles of Pan-Africanism and Marxism converge, fostering a united and egalitarian South Africa. We aspire to eliminate poverty, inequality, and exploitation while empowering marginalized communities to actively participate in shaping their own destiny.

The mission of the ACT is to challenge systemic injustices and advocate for the working class. We are dedicated to building a society free from oppression, where the wealth and resources of the nation are distributed fairly among all citizens.

Return and Refunds Policy (Online Store):
The provision of goods and services by African Congress for Transformation is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, African Congress for Transformation will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 8% administration fee.

Customer Privacy Policy:
African Congress for Transformation shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted:
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the African Congress for Transformation bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Card transactions will be acquired for African Congress for Transformation via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website.
