What is OREO BTS Promotion Competition?

OREO BTS Promotion Competition 2026 is conducted by Mondelez South Africa Proprietary Limited. The Competition is only open to natural persons who are South African residents. To qualify, each Participant must purchase the participating Oreo Brown Sugar Pancake 105G and follow the prompts. Participate and win Oreo BTS Neon Sign, Oreo Set of Plates & More Prizes. Last date of Competition is 30th September 2026.

Eligibility of OREO BTS Promotion Competition

All Participants in the giveaway (“Participants”) must, at the time of entering the giveaway:
** be a natural person and be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
** be a citizen and/or legal resident of the Republic of South Africa.
** be in possession of a valid South African Identity Document, resident/work permit and/or Driver’s License; and
** be residing or be present in South Africa for the duration of the Promotion Period and for the period during which the prize draws and the delivery or collection of the prize/s take place.

Note:
Participation in the Promotion excludes directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoter, or any third parties involved in the execution of the Promotion, either directly or indirectly (including but not limited to their agencies, organisers and participating stores of the giveaway) as well as the members of the immediate family (being spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, fathers and/or mothers) business partner or associate of any of the aforesaid persons.

How To Enter in the OREO BTS Promotion Competition?

1. To qualify for the draw, each Participant must purchase the participating Oreo Biscuits product Oreo Brown Sugar Pancake 105G

2. To stand a chance of winning any of the prizes listed in clause 5, Participants must purchase any one (1) of the participating products and follow the instructions below:

3. Scan the QR code on the pack from a registered prepaid cell phone number that has been RICA’d and registered in the name of the participant. The QR code will redirect the participant to the official Oreo Promotion page. The participants will be able to “click to enter” the Promotion. Follow the text prompts to complete their entry. Hereinafter referred to as an “entry”.

4. Standard data costs apply. Free data does not apply.

5. Proof of purchase (till slip) must be retained or uploaded to stand a chance to win a prize. Each completed entry constitutes a purchase. The same till slip cannot be valid for multiple entries. One entry per purchase only.

6. Participants must enter the Promotion from a mobile number that is RICA’d and registered in their own name and owned by themselves. No other person can use another person’s mobile for an entry. This is to avoid fraud and possible litigation between the phone owner and the entrant. Any participant who uses a phone other than their own for entry may be disqualified and requested to refund the prizes to the Promoter, at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

Prizes of OREO BTS Promotion Competition

There are 27 prizes available during the 14-week Promotion period. (2) Two winners per week and (1) one winner in the last week of the Promotion. Prize winners will be selected weekly via a random selection process.

Selected winners will be eligible to win any one of the following prizes:
** 1 x Oreo BTS Neon Sign
** 1 x Oreo set of Plates
** 1 x Oreo BTS Cookie Jar
** 1 x Oreo BTS Sticker Pack
** 1 x Oreo BTS Poster
** 1 x Oreo BTS Apron

Winners will be selected via a draw supervised by an independent auditor. Winners will accept the prize as is and at their own risk. Promotional images are merely a representation of the prize, and the actual prize may vary. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for a different prize of similar value.
