Eligibility of Nestle KitKat Breaks at Full Throttle Competition
Nestle KitKat Breaks at Full Throttle Competition is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of South Africa. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition:
a) Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.
b) People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
c) Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above.
d) Persons under the age of 18 years.
How To Enter in the Nestle KitKat Breaks at Full Throttle Competition?
To enter the Nestle KitKat Breaks at Full Throttle Competition, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) Purchase/Buy ANY 2 NESTLÉ KitKat® chocolate products listed below (“Participating Products”) in one (1) transaction from any store displaying promotional material (including online); and
b) Scan the QR code or visit nes.tl/KitKatZA , follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and postcode of residence) and upload a scanned copy or photo of the till slip/ receipt/ invoice as proof of purchase.
Proof of Purchase:
The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is a copied receipt for the qualifying transaction. The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every unique entry.
Entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
** maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction; and #3218772v1
** each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize per household and per person will be permitted.
