What is SAIBPP Bursary Fund?
The South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) Bursary Fund is inviting applications from academically deserving students with demonstrated financial need who are pursuing full-time studies in the Built Environment, property and real estate sectors at any institution of higher learning in South Africa. Download the application form and submit the completed form together with all required supporting document. Last date of application is 16th October 2026.

Eligibility of SAIBPP Bursary Fund
** Matric learners intending to begin their first year of university study in 2027
** Current full-time tertiary students
** Graduates intending to pursue postgraduate studies up to Honours level
** Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance and financial need
** Successful applicants are expected to become SAIBPP student members and participate in community outreach initiatives
Fields of Study:

** Property Development
** Property Valuation & Management
** Property Management
** Finance (Property)
** and related qualifications

Note:
Only applications from South African citizens will be considered. The main criteria for the selection of applications is financial need and academic potential.
Instructions For Submission of Applications Forms:
Applications will only be considered if completed in full and signed by the applicant and if all the supporting documents have been included. Documents that accompany the application form must be certified.
** South African ID
** Grade 12 results
** Last year’s results (or your latest results if you are not studying this year)
** Official Matric / NSC results if you have completed Grade 12
** Tertiary students: Year end results or progress report of all subjects (if no examinations were written)
Bursaries will only be offered to applicants who have already successfully completed the first 2 years of their undergraduate degree.Changing your degree after submitting your application form may lead to a cancellation of the bursary. No bursaries are available for private tertiary institutions.

Amounts of SAIBPP Bursary Fund
** SAIBPP offers full cost bursary annually towards tuition and in some instances study material, allowances and accommodation expenses. Terms and conditions apply, refer to full bursary prospectus.
** Please note that only a select few candidates will be shortlisted for this prestigious bursary. Meeting the selection criteria does not imply that an application will automatically be successful.
