Delivery Policy :
** Our delivery is done by a door to door courier within 5 – 21 working days depending on your chosen boutique.
** Delivery from each Boutique is clearly stated on their store descriptions.
** We ship to any home or office address countrywide; Please note if your destination is in an outlying area we will contact you and arrange an alternative way of delivering your parcel to you.
** As we are a shopping mall and only house the boutiques and not the products they stock, delivery will be done individually per boutique so packages will be received separately to ensure fast and safe delivery to you.
** In the event of us not being able to keep our obligation to you time wise you will be notified and the decision will be left to you if you are still happy to receive the parcel.
Our Rates :
** Delivery Is Free On Purchases Over R500 per Boutique, otherwise our courier rate is R65 delivery per boutique countrywide.
** Delivery is between 5 – 21 working days unless otherwise stated by the independent Boutique.
** Fashionhub has local South African Boutiques where the delivery is between 3 – 7 days unless other wise stated and overseas Boutiques where delivery is between 7 – 21 working days.

** For Namibia and Botswana we charge a flat rate of R350, delivery times vary depending on which shop you purchase from, Please contact us for delivery time.
Returns :
** Fashionhub is committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and adheres to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
** We gladly offer a 10-Day Return Policy.
Wrong Item / Size Ordered :
** Notify us here. Please indicate whether you will post it back or whether you would like us to
** collect in which case a courier charge of R65 will be levied.
** Please note we do collect at the Post Office and your delivery must be marked for Fashionhub.

** If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt.
** Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
** Should the item be returned in the original condition we will gladly either refund,Credit or exchange the item for you.
** We will issue Your refund on receipt of the product and reviewed by Fashionhub’s Quality controllers, excluding the original delivery charge.
** Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note :
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 10 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
