the technicians come out on Sunday, installed our router, today is Tuesday afternoon, I’ve been calling in asking for assistance, we get told a technician was out there, my husband left work to go see if its working and still not, I’m NOT a happy customer, we have clients that we work with and we cant now, all I get told is is to wait 24 hours from Sunday and all they do is log a call. the worst service ever. I ask for management and I get told they busy and wont speak to me now, we need it sorted out asap. This is no joke, we work and need it on or I’m going elsewhere. I ask for email address they cant give me anything I ask for, payments all done and we sit empty handed
absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service. we are in 2023. account paid way ahead of time just to be suspended for “not paying account”. Absolutely pathetic service especially when you’re losing money because your network provider.
Payment made on my line yesterday it was allocated to who knows what account and my line got cancelled i paid yesterday morning already, still not working, i had to buy over R300 data to work from home and i still cant get hold of them 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 now it will cost me alot more because no one is calling me back and its weekend. Their customer service is pathetic.
Where can I go to ask for a quote? I need a ADSL 10mgps uncapped. I have a router.
I have made about 27 calls this morning urgently to speak to the technical services/account services and there is just no joy of coming through. Even I tried the international line.Jacqui
