The virtualpostoffice.co.za website is an embarrassment. After waiting many minutes, one is able to log in but the Renew Postbox button just shows a white screen without displaying the account. Surely the Post Office can do something about this to get renewals paid. You would think they didn’t want customers to renew.

I appreciate this online service. I am a pensioner. When I registered I had to complete my ID no. Its obvious that the date of birth denotes my age.
When making a payment the only option to pay is for R535.00 as opposed to a pensioner’s fee of R340.00.
During the Covid pandemic I do not want to go to the Post Office to produce my ID, that’s why I chose to pay online. Please can a provision be made for pensioner’s to pay online. Thank you.
