Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping within the ZA :
** Free domestic door to door delivery is offered on order values of R500.00 or more including VAT (South Africa only).

** Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days from receipt of payment. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Philip Cronje t/a Big Blue or our nominated couriers control, certain orders may take longer than the “usual” 2-5 working days for delivery, if this is the case we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

** Orders below R500.00 including VAT will be charged R75.00 for delivery. (South Africa only).

** We will nominate a delivery option for you, where possible we will always use a courier, however due to some area locations not being serviced by a nominated courier it is easier to use the post office service. If however you require a courier delivery please advise us whist placing your order.

** A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received and processed. A second confirmation email will be sent once your items have been paid for in full and despatched, also contained in this email will be the nominated courier’s tracking number with which you can track your goods.

International Deliveries

** All international deliveries are subject to a postage delivery charge of R400.00
** Delivery times for international deliveries vary and therefore we suggest you contact us at help AT bigblue.co.za should you wish to arrange for a specific international delivery.

** A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received and processed. A second confirmation email will be sent once your items have been paid for in full and despatched.
** All international deliveries will send via the South African Post Office Registered mail, to track your parcel please follow this link and select the track and trace button.

** Please note that there could be additional charges to be paid once the parcel arrives in your county. Please check with your local post office for your countries clearance charges in regards to admin, duties and taxes as this is different depending on the country.

** We accept Amex, Diners, Visa and Mastercard.
** Your credit card details (name on card, number, expiry date) will be requested on the checkout page.

Note :
** You cannot use your debit card to pay on .bigblue.co.za
** If your credit card authorisation fails this simply means that you have insufficient funds available or the card has expired.
** Alternatively, you can pay by selecting the EFT payment method.

EFT/ Bank Deposits :
** Please take note that EFT/bank deposits can take up to 3 days to reflect in our bank account. When making an EFT/bank deposit please use the below details which will enable us to track your payment.

About Us :
Big Blue was started as a POP up store in a flea market, around 1986. Philip and James needed to get out of a corporate environment and quick, Big Blue was their escape. Because of economic sanction at the time fabrics were limited so they started printing their own fabrics on SA made cottons using local craft techniques.
