Where do you deliver?
** We now deliver to the majority of South African addresses.
** We do not currently deliver internationally. We do accept international ordering (payment by foreign credit cards (Master Card / VISA) from certain countries) for delivery within South Africa.
** If your suburb is not currently covered by us, please don’t hesitate to contact our Call Centre on 0861 426 323, for further assistance.

What are the delivery costs?
** Free delivery promotions are limited to web orders only.
Express delivery :
** Within 2 working days (from invoice) to central areas, from R100 – R600 depending on the item(s) purchased.

Standard delivery :
** Within 5 – 7 working days (from invoice), from R60 – R700 depending on the item(s) purchased and your delivery location.

What payment types do you accept?
We only accept payment via :
** Visa & MasterCard or
** EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Can I return online purchases?
Yes. If you are not happy with your purchase you have up to 7 days to return it to any of our stores for full refund.
** Please ensure you retain your original tax invoice as well as all packaging, manuals and accessories to allow us to process the return in store. Our Call Centre will then oversee the refund process.

** Orders may only be refunded to the Credit Card they were purchased on.
** Orders for software, music, movies, games and dvd’s must be in original, unopened packaging; items must be unopened and unused.

** Our delivery fee is non refundable unless otherwise stated.
** If you are unable to return your item to store or for any particular reason; please contact our call centre to arrange for collection.
