Cash & Carry Aromat Drive Terms & Conditions :

1. The promoter is Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. The promotional competition is open to all cooks, owners, buyers and chefs working at hotels, canteens, deli’s, restaurants and the trade in Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, Stellenbosch, Cape Town, Vaal, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Johannesburg, Rustenburg, Kimberley, Richards Bay, Port Elizabeth, East London, Polokwane/ Pietersburg, George and Pretoria areas.

** All participants must be South African residents in possession of a valid identity document, excluding any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

3. Participants must be over the age of 18 years.
4. This promotion is open from 1 October 2016 and ends at 12am (midnight) on 31 December 2016. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Competition :
** Participants must purchase Aromat 1kg pack with free airtime sticker on it, available only in selected Cash & Carry stores nationwide, and answer all questions fully when prompted via USSD while redeeming free airtime. Once participants have redeemed their airtime and fully answered five questions, they are automatically entered into the competition.

5. Once participants have purchased Aromat 1kg with free airtime sticker on it from selected Cash & Carry stores, participants can enter the competition by scratching the silver scratch pad to view the unique code, dialling *120*276628*unique code#, fully answering five questions, and redeeming their free airtime. Once questions are fully answered and airtime is redeemed, participants are automatically entered into the lucky draw.

6. Participants with successful entries will stand a chance to win kitchen equipment to the value of R50,000.00. A thank you message will appear on the participant’s screen after successfully redeeming free airtime to confirm successful entry into the competition.

7. The draw will take place on 15 January 2017. 1 winner and 3 back up winners will be drawn from the database of successful entries.

8. Winners will be selected by means of a random draw by independent auditors and will be notified telephonically where the winner will be required to verify their details. The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavour to contact the prize winner 3 times within 72 hours from date of the draw. If the prize winner cannot be contacted during this period, the prize will be forfeited and another winner from the selected backup winners will be selected in accordance with the rules.

9. All winners will be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize, and provide a copy of their identity document.

10. The prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferrable.
11. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotion or competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.

12. In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the gifts, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute gifts of equal value.
13. Participation in the promotion or competition constitutes acceptance of the promotional rules and participants agree to abide by these rules.
