FAQ On Toyota

How easy is it to arrange Finance?
Your Toyota will be one of the largest purchases you will make at this stage of your life. So it is really important that you make the right decision, and sign up for finance which works for you, with which you will be comfortable for the life of your vehicle. But you can relax, while you will need to fill in some forms and provide us with some documents, Toyota Financial Services is here to help and to guide you through every step of the process.

Together we will get it right. It may seem annoying at first, but there are laws in place to ensure that you will never sign up for a loan that is larger than you can afford, as you and Toyota Financial Services need to be confident that this finance arrangement will work.

How much do you need to know about me?
You will be asked some rather personal questions, but it is quite normal. The process is totally secure and in total confidence, and the information you share with us will help us to help you to set up the right finance deal. We will need banking details, your address, and will also ask about your marital status, your income, your job and so on.

How quickly will I get an answer to the online application?
Assuming that there is nothing we need to double-check or any follow-up questions, an online response will be given within a few minutes. Make sure that you make a note of the reference number for your application – and have it handy – so that we can easily access your account when you contact us or your Toyota dealer of choice.

  • Lucky Molete says:

I'm lucky Molete.I took my Toyota Rush for 120km service at Zevenwacht Toyota.
Usually I leave the car there and they organise a car to drop you off at home and do pickup later this was a standard at my previous Toyota service station at Durbanville. Unfortunately the branch from Zevenwacht doesn't do the same reasons only known by the manager called Grant .if this is a standard why can't it applies for all.
    This is unfair.

One company one rules or other branches do things different or they're a franchise or etc.
I'm very very disappointed by this behaviour no professionalism he could have taken me to his office and explain himself he did all in the driveway in the presence of the customers.
I will wait for your advice or suggestions.
    Disappointed customer 😡😡😡😡

  • Good day

I bought a car from Toyota in Tygervalley, sales person Heidi Tolmay.

It was a brand new vehicle, but withing 4 months it started giving me starting problems. Up until now they are playing a run around with me. First time they said is a battery, then a tracker and now it's a Wifi.

I feel that my rights as a customer are being infringed. A brand new car has waranty. Toyota is failing to carry out their duty to deliver the property I bought and don't even offer a curtusy car either.

I am really disappointed on them and wasting my money so much.

  • Hans Kleynhans says:

good afternoon I would like to make a suggestion I firmly believe that there is a large part of our motoring public that would love to have a Toyota half-ton bakkie on the market. and I believe this because there are many people doing their contract work and find the larger bakkies too big for their requirements and even private individuals that would love to have these smaller bakkies for personal use, and want to make use of the Toyota reliability. regards Hans Kleynhans
