Senior Foreman Building Maintenance :
** The most eligible candidate must be in possession of a Grade 10 certificate (valid proof must accompany application form) with 4 – 5 years general building maintenance experience.

** A valid Code B driver’s license. Must be computer literate.
Responsibilities involve the following:
** Repairs defects and renovate interior and exterior building surfaces
** supervise and maintain the operations of the building section with respect to the monitoring, checking and correcting performance of the handymen, bricklayers and general workers
performs specific tasks associated with road repairs
** do daily site inspections
** compile monthly reports
** delegate duties and assign workers to work areas
** compile work programs
** discipline sub-ordinates
** purchase material
** completion of timesheets
** keeping stock
** monitor the tasks / activities of contractors and sub-contractors as per identified projects
** en sure that work undertaken is completed in accordance with laid down specifications and quality standards
** other duties as requested from time to time.
