Terms And Conditions :
1. By participating in the “Tracker Subscriptions” competition (“Promotion”), participants agree that the Promotion rules, as set out in these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), shall apply and are binding on them.

2. This Promotion is only open to South African citizens who are residing in South Africa at the time of entering the Promotion and are aged 18 years or older.

3. The Promotion excludes the following parties from participating :
3.1 Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, employees or consultants of Tracker Connect Proprietary Limited (“Tracker”);
3.2 People who are not legal residents or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa;

3.3 Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any persons specied in 3.1 above;
3.4 A juristic entity, i.e. a company, business, close corporation, partnership, etc.; and
3.5 Persons under the age of 18 years.

4. The Promotion commences on 1 November 2016 until no later than 24h00 on 31 January 2017. All contracts concluded until 31 January 2017 and tted within 14 days of conclusion of contract will be considered.

5. Five (5) entrants will be drawn every month for the months of November 2016, December 2016 and January 2017 (“Winners”), and such Winners will receive 2 months free subscriptions on the tracking device installed in one of their vehicles. The free subscriptions exclude optional insurance services subscribed by the Winner through Tracker Agility.

6. The free subscriptions will be processed for the months of February 2017 and March 2017 respectively.

7. To participate in this Promotion, participants must enter into a contract for a Tracker product (Retrieve, Alert or Skytrax unit) within the time frame specied in clause 4 above. Fitment of the Tracker Product chosen must be done within 14 days of signing up. 8. The Winners will be contacted telephonically by a representative of Tracker.
9. The judges’ decision is nal, and no correspondence will be entered into with Winners and/or participants regarding such decision.
10. The prize is not transferable.

11. The Winners grant permission for the use of their names in any advertising and promotional material relating to this Promotion.
