** The “2016 MySchool Festive Gift Catalogue Competition: Win a Gift Hamper to the Value of R10 000 ” promotion (“the Promotion”) is operated by Virtual Market Place Pty Ltd (Reg. No: 1997/016316/07) (“MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet”) of Atlantic House, Corner Longmarket and Corporation Street, Cape Town .

** The Promotion is open to all MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet cardholders and linked Woolworths cardholders over the age of 18 years.
** The Promotion shall commence on 28 November 2016 and close on 24 December 2016 at 24:00.

** The Promotion is not open to employees and their direct family members of MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet, Woolworths Pty Ltd, Bidvest Waltons, loot.co.za, Flight Centre Red Label Holidays and Tafelberg Furnishers including the employees and direct family members of their respective advertising and promotional agencies and distributors.

** In order to enter the Promotion and qualify to win the Gift Hamper, cardholders must purchase at least one product from the featured partners on the online 2016 MySchool Festive Gift Catalogue on .myschool.co.za/gift .

** Multiple entries are permitted.
** The winner will be selected by way of a random draw overseen and certified by an independent admitted attorney. The winner will be notified telephonically or by email by no later than 1 February 2016.

The prize is as follows for one lucky cardholder: a Gift Hamper to the Value of R10 000 comprising the following:
** a R2 000 Woolworths Gift Card (T&C’s in clause 13 below apply);
** a R2 000 loot.co.za Gift voucher
** a R2 000 Bidvest Waltons Gift voucher

** The judge’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

** MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet collects and uses personal information about entrants to allow them to enter the promotion, comply with audit requirements in terms of the Consumer Protection Act and to determine the winner of the promotion. MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet may use the winner’s name and/or images in marketing material but the winner will be informed of this beforehand and will be given an opportunity to refuse to permit any use of his/her name and/or image.

** This card is only exchangeable for merchandise in Woolworths stores and may not be refunded or redeemed for cash.
** No cash change will be given.

** This card may not be redeemed against purchases made at Woolworths stores outside of the Republic of South Africa or any Engen stores.
** This card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
** This card may not be used to make payments into any Woolworths card or loan account or utilities account.
