You must bring along the following documents to make use of our services :
Driver’s licence renewal :

Learner’s licence application :
** South African ID, valid passport or valid driver’s licence
** Photocopy of ID, passport or driver’s licence
** Two ID photos
** Prescribed fees

Driver’s licence application :

Applications for duplicate registration certificates :
** Applications must be done in person by the titleholder of the motor vehicle.
** A certified copy of acceptable identification together with the original of such identification must be presented with the application.
** Application forms for the various transactions are available at all our service delivery centres or can be downloaded from .enatis.com.

Our service standards

We have set the following standards :
** Not to exceed a turnaround time of 24 hours for transactions submitted in bulk.
** Not to exceed a waiting time of 40 minutes for single transactions.
** To test learner’s licence applicants daily as scheduled.
** To enable learner drivers to do the practical driving test at the earliest opportunity.
