** The competition will run from 28 November up to and including 15 December 2016.

** A.Rewards customer can win their share of R50 000 worth of Ackermans virtual vouchers if they log on to Ackermans USSD string/ dial *130*602# (free of charge) between 28 November and 15 December 2016, follow the menu options and enter their ID number.
** The competition is open to all participants within the Republic of South Africa.

You are not eligible to participate in this competition if :
** a. You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Pepkor Group of companies, its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition;
** b. You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons specified in 4(a) above;

** 50 winners will be selected randomly , this process is overseen by an Internal Auditor within a week of the competition closing.
** 50 winners will each receive a R1000 Ackermans virtual voucher.
** Winners will be listed within a week of the competition closing on the Ackermans Facebook page.

** Winners will also receive a SMS’s with their voucher reference number that they can redeem at any Ackermans RSA store against their next purchase.
** Alternative winners will be drawn if customers did not make a purchase during 28 November and 15 December 2016.
** Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.

** Ackermans, and their delivery agent does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.
** Winners give Ackermans, and its authorized agents consent to use their names for publicity purposes, unless refused.

** Ackermans reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice.
** In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Ackermans and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Ackermans.
