How do I earn Partner Points?
** Simply register with your applicable partner and we will link your loyalty card to your partner programme.
** Partner Points will be earned on qualifying purchases every time you swipe your card in store or shop online.

What products don’t qualify for points?
** Items excluded from earning points include, but are not limited to Baby formula, as prohibited by legislation; gift card and loyalty card redemptions; plastic bags; and prescription medication.

Where do I see my points?
** There are a few places where you can view your point balance;

What happens if I lose my card?
** If your card is lost or stolen, simply report this in store, online, or via our care line 0860 347 243.
** A new card can be issued straight away in store, or if you are online we will generate a virtual card for you, which will enable you to continue shopping.

How do I update my details?
** Update your personal information online, in store of via our care line 0860 347 243.

Redeem :
** You can redeem your Loyalty Points against your purchase at any time.
** Simply swipe your card in store and inform the cashier you would like to pay with your points.
** If you shop online simply choose the option to pay with your points at the check-out point.

How do I convert my partner points for use at Dis-Chem?
Legacy :
** Customers can convert their Legacy Rands to Dis-Chem Benefit points on the Legacy Lifestyle website .legacylifestyle.co.za or on the Legacy App.
** Once successfully converted it will take 24 hours for your Legacy Rands to be available on your Dis-Chem Benefit card.
** You can then redeem this value against your next purchase at Dis-Chem by presenting your Dis-Chem Benefit card and requesting to pay with your points

eBucks :
** When paying for your items at the checkout, present your eBucks card to the cashier and inform the cashier that you would like pay with eBucks.
** You will be required to enter your eBucks Card pin number.
** To reset your pin you can login online .ebucks.comor call the eBucks call center 087 320 3200.

ABSA :
** To convert your ABSA rewards into Dis-Chem Benefit points, simply call the ABSA Rewards Call Centre on 0861 78 88 88.
** Once successfully converted it will take 24 hours for your ABSA Rewards to be available on your Dis-Chem Benefit card.
** You can then redeem this value against your next purchase at Dis-Chem by presenting your Dis-Chem Benefit card and requesting to pay with your points.

Additional Simplified Procedure

There are 3 ways to apply for Dis-Chem’s Loyalty Benefits Programme online:

1. Through the Dis-Chem website:
** Go to the Dis-Chem website: https://www.dischem.co.za/loyalty-benefit-programme.
** Click on the “Benefit Card Application” tab.
** Enter your personal details, including your ID number, cellphone number, and email address.
** Create a username and password.
** Enter the verification code that is sent to your cellphone.
** Click on the “Submit” button.

2. Through the Dis-Chem app:
** Download the Dis-Chem app from the App Store or Google Play.
** Open the app and sign in with your Dis-Chem account.
** Click on the “Benefit Card” tab.
** Click on the “Apply for a Benefit Card” button.
** Follow the instructions on the screen.

3. Through WhatsApp:
** Save the Dis-Chem WhatsApp number (+27 82 045 0689) to your phone.
** Send a message to the number with the word “Benefit”.
** Follow the instructions on the WhatsApp chat.

Once you have applied for a Dis-Chem Benefit Card, you will receive a card in the mail within 2 weeks. You can start earning benefits as soon as you activate your card.
