** This Promotional Competition (“Competition”) is organised and run by Durex and Reckitt Benckiser South Africa (Proprietary) Limited, including its affiliates, partners, associations and agents (“Organisers”).

** The Competition is open for entry by all South African residents of 18 years and older with a valid South African identity book, except employees of the organisers and its advertising and/or promotion agencies, outlet owners, retailers and wholesalers that form part of the Competition and their immediate families. The competition is not open for entry by or on behalf of a legal entity and participants cannot use the account of a legal entity to enter the Competition.

** By entering this Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organisers and the Organisers’ decision regarding any issue with the Competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
** This is a Short Message Service (SMS) based Competition. Entry will only be via SMS, all networks supported. Entry confirmation will be sent via SMS to all successful entrants.

** No responsibility will be accepted for any entry that is not delivered, received or is delayed or damaged due to technical reasons or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
** SMS will be charged at standard rates of R1.50 each. Free SMS’s do not apply. Errors will be billed. By entering this Competition it will be deemed that the account payer has agreed to the charges.

To enter this Competition, all participants are required to :
** Buy any Durex product from any participating retailer and
** SMS ‘DONOTDISTURB’ followed by the last 4 digits of the barcode; your name and store name to 33761

** Retain your till slip as proof of purchase dated during the Competition time period
** Posses a valid passport
** This Competition will run for a limited time period, from 15 October to 15 December 2016. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Prizes are as follows :
** 5 (five) travel vouchers to Mauritius for the winners and his/ her partner (”Travellers”) valued at R50,000 (fifty thousand Rand) each including VAT. The 5 (five) travel vouchers are;
** Only redeemable through Thompsons Leisure Travel (JHB)

** Travel vouchers are limited to trips to Mauritius
** Each travel voucher will be loaded with R50 000 (fifty thousand Rand) including VAT only and any other costs over & above this value will be for the winners own personal account

Each of the 5 (five) prizes will exclude :
** any connecting flights or travel to Johannesburg should these costs not fall within the R50 000 (fifty thousand Rand loaded on the Travel voucher.

** any costs incurred due to missed travel arrangements
** any visa and inoculations requirements,
** travel insurance,
** any items of a personal nature including gratuities and spending money.

** The winners of the 5 (five) prizes plus their Travellers must travel together and within 6 months of being awarded the prize.
** The Organisers at their discretion are entitled to amend, suspend and make determinations regarding the Travel vouchers;

** The winners and Travellers must be willing to sign all indemnities and meet all requirements to redeem the prize.
** All provisional itineraries for travel arrangements are valid for 48 hours and are subject to promotional availability at the time of booking;

** Airline tickets are non-refundable once issued.
** Service fees charged remain non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
** All accommodation provided is based on a standard shared room and there is no guarantee that on site facilities will be available at hotel all year round.

** The winners and Travellers must obtain adequate travel insurance for the duration of the trip to cover all aspects of the trip including loss of baggage & personal items, personal injury and death. The Organisers cannot be held liable for any failure to obtain travel insurance.

** The winners and Travellers passports must be valid for at least 9 months after due date of return to South Africa and also have at least 3 blank pages.

** Airport, airline and travel agent standard terms and conditions apply – these are available upon request.
** The Grand Prize winner and Travellers must ensure that they have met all statutory travelling requirements.

** The prizes may differ from that shown on the promotional material with regards to colour and specifications and shall be subject to availability and in the Organiser’s sole discretion to change as they see fit.

** The prizes do not cover any other costs of the winner whatsoever and the prizes do not include insurance, which is highly recommended before the winner takes ownership of the Prize.

** The Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, and will not be transferable or negotiable.
** The Organisers reserve the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the prizes promoted not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.

** The The holiday prizes are also subject to the terms & conditions as stipulated by the travel agent (Thompsons Leisure Travel) All details of the trip (including flights, accommodation, airport transfers, catering & all other particulars pertaining to the trip) will be confirmed once winner has contacted Thompsons Leisure Travel (JHB).
