Samsung Buy & Get 2016 Promotion :
1. Promotion :
1.1 The Samsung Buy & Get 2016 Promotion (“Promotion”). The promoter of the Promotion is Samsung Electronics South Africa (Proprietary) Limited, Registration number: 1994/003872/07 and/or its agencies (“organiser”).

2. Promotion Period :
2.1 The Promotion will run from Friday 21 October 2016 [00h00] to Saturday 31 December 2016 [23h59] [“the Promotion Period”] whilst stocks last, in South Africa.
2.2 The duration of the Promotion may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the organiser.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion the Participant must :
3.1 Be 18 years or older and be a legal resident of the Republic of South Africa.
3.2 Purchase any of the following participating refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers and oven + hob packages [refer to the qualifying models in the table below] through a participating retailer in South Africa during the Promotion Period [for a full list of the participating retailers please visit the organiser’s website] and retain their proof of purchase to redeem the corresponding Reward as follows

4. There are 3 Tiers [Blue, Silver, Gold] of Reward Levels and 2 Rewards from each Tier which the Participant can choose one from, namely, either Accommodation or Flight/s. For tier breakdown please refer to table under clause 4.2 above.
5. To redeem the Reward as per the table above in clause 4.2 [the “Offer”], as outlined on the point of sale communication material in-store in participating retailers, the Participant must do the following :
Step 1 :
** Upon purchase of a qualifying participating refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and oven + hob package within the promotional period, the Participant receives proof of purchase from the participating retailer and then must send a SMS with the product model code which will be as per the corresponding code in the table above in 4.2 to 45916 [SMS is charged at R1.50.
** Free SMSes or minutes do not apply], by 31 December 2016 to validate the reward registration. Any SMSes that have not been sent and received by the organiser by 31 December 2016 will be null and void and the reward will be forfeited.
Step 2 :
** The Participant will be sent a responding SMS with a reference number and a link to an online form. Upon receiving the responding SMS, the Participant will be required to complete the online form and submit a copy of their proof of purchase indicating the product that they purchased, as well as a photograph of the serial number on the product [not on the box] they have purchased.
** The Participant must have taken delivery of their product. All online submissions must be completed by 31 January 2017.
** Any entries that have not been completed on the registration platform by 31 January 2017 will be null and void and the reward will be forfeited. It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure their online submission is complete in all respects.
Step 3 :
** Once the Participant has completed the process online, the contents of their entry will be evaluated and if all content is correct, their entry will be verified and the Participant will be sent a reward registration pin code via SMS with a contact telephone number to call when ready to book, based on the corresponding reward as per clause 4.2, which is provided by the organisers to the Participant based on the specific product code of the product purchased during the promotional period.
** If the contents of the Participant’s online submission are not verified for whatever reason, the Participant will not receive their reward registration pin code. The responsibility to ensure that they provide the correct information to facilitate the correct entry, rests with the Participant.
Step 4 :
** When the Participant calls the Concierge Service, they will be asked to confirm their reward registration pin code they received via SMS, and complete a reward redemption form which must be sent back to the Concierge service on the email address provided.
Step 5 :
** Once the form has been received by the Concierge service, the Participant will receive a digital voucher for the reward of their choice. The Participant will be required to contact the service provider [British Airways, kulula or Protea Hotel by Marriott®] on the details provided.
** The Participant will be required to book their reward 4 weeks in advance. A copy of the Participant’s ID document may need to be submitted when making the booking.
6. The Participant has one year from receiving their reward registration pin code to redeem the reward. Any voucher not used within the one year will be forfeited. All travel must be completed by 31 July 2018, failing which the Reward will be forfeited and the Participant shall not have any claim against the organiser as a result thereof.
