** This competition is operated by Nestle South Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“Nestlé”), who reserve the right in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to amend these Rules at any time.

** Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and entrants agree to abide by these Rules.
** These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any entrant and Nestlé consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.
By participating in this competition, entrants agree to these Rules :
** This competition is limited to residents of South Africa.
In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this competition :
** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of Nestlé and the organisers of the Competition.
** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.
** Persons under the age of 18 years.
** The competition shall commence on the 27/12/2016 and will end on 05/02/2017. No entries received after midnight on 05/02/2017 will be considered.
To participate in this competition entrants must adhere to the following:
** The qualifying products for this promotion include: : MAGGI 2-Minute Instant Noodles (73G) or MAGGI 2-Minute Instant Noodles Bulk Pack (5 x 73G) in any flavour, and may be purchased from any retail stockist nationally. Please note that no other Nestle South Africa products are eligible for this Promotion, other than those products mentioned above. The qualifying products are subject to availability at time of purchase.
** Consumer purchases any qualifying MAGGI 2 MINUTE noodle product. Consumer dials the USSD code *120*11122# and thereafter enters the last 4 digits of the qualifying product barcode, when prompted to do so, and answers three questions. Calls charged at 20 cents per 20 seconds.
** Consumer receives automated SMS response that they have been entered into a grand prize draw.
** If the participant does not receive an automated response within 48 (forty eight) hours of entering the competition, the participant must contact Nestlé or the promoter on our toll free number, 086 0096 116 failing which, their entry will not be considered.
If the promoter or Nestlé is not contacted by a participant, the promoter and Nestlé will assume that the Participant has received an automated response. The Promoter will not be responsible for any non-delivery of entries.
** The grand prize draw will take place by 10/02/2017 and the winners will be notified telephonically, before 17/02/2017.
** The Promoter or their agents will endeavour to contact the prize winners on the cellular number used to enter the competition. If, however, they cannot be reached after 3 (three) attempts made within 3 (three) working days of the Promoter trying to contact them, the prize will be forfeited and another prize winner/finalist will be selected in accordance with the competition rules via a random draw.
