1. This ‘double or nothing’ promotional offer (“Offer”) is brought to you by WeChat Africa Services Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Duration :
** This Offer is available from 14 December 2016 until midnight on 31 January 2017 (“Promo Period”).

3. Participating merchants :
** This Offer applies in respect of WeChat Wallet purchases made at certain participating merchants (“Participating Merchants”), as identified in promotional material and/or as notified to you immediately after your purchase from one of them.

** Note that not all merchants you are able to pay via your WeChat Wallet will be Participating Merchants for purposes of this Offer.

4. Promotional Offer :
** If during the Promo Period you use your WeChat Wallet to make payment to a Participating Merchant for its goods and/or services, you will be presented with a randomized value, the size of which can be anything from 2% to 50% of the value of your purchase, subject to maximum of R500 (or a maximum of R30 for online purchases), as determined by our computer systems and algorithms (“Play Value”).

** By tapping on the double or nothing button, you stand the chance of being entitled to a cash amount equal to double the Play Value (determined based on our computer system algorithms), which, if you become entitled to it, will be paid into the cash portion of your WeChat Wallet.

** Should you decide not to proceed, you can request to have the Play Value itself converted into cash and paid into your WeChat Wallet.

6. There are no fees or additional charges involved in participating in this Offer.

7. Payments made into your WeChat Wallet pursuant to this Offer can be used in accordance with the WeChat Wallet (and Standard Bank Instant Money) terms and conditions. More specifically, you can use it to make purchases at various merchants (incl. ‘Snapscan’ merchants), or cash it out at any Standard Bank ATM, or (if you have a valid South African ID document) send it to your WeChat contacts.

8. We need not honour or continue this Offer, in any specific instance or generally, in the event of fraud, unlawful or abusive behaviour, or if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from doing so.
9. This Offer does not apply in the event that any other promotion or special offer applies at any particular merchant.
