POND’S Stand a chance to win a domestic return :
1 The promoter is Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. The promotional competition is open to all South African residents in possession of a valid identity document.
3. The promotional competition is not open to any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Any participant under the age of 18 years must be fully assisted by his/her guardian, who approves of and consents to the participant’s participation in the competition and the participant’s receipt/possession of the prize.
5. By participating in this competition participants agree to receive future marketing material from the brand/s on promotion. However, the participant has the right to unsubscribe to receiving marketing material or request the promoter to delete their information by contacting the Promoter at 15 Nollsworth Crescent, Nollsworth Park, La Lucia, 4051 Att: Legal Department or opting out from any electronic marketing message.
6. All personal information (‘Personal Data’) supplied by participants shall be processed in accordance with South African data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
7. This promotional competition is open from 06/12/2016 and ends at 12am (midnight) on 30/01/2017. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Entry Requirements :
8. To enter, participants will be required to purchase any Pond’s Flawless Radiance product, Pond’s Spot Clear product or Vaseline for men face products during the competition period and enter via WhatsApp, or email. Participants will stand a chance to win 1 of 20 domestic return flights.
9. To enter, participants will need to photograph the till slip proving their Pond’s Flawless Radiance or Pond’s Spot Clear purchase or Vaseline face for men and submit the photo to the WhatsApp contact, or email to the address. During the campaign period for 6 weeks up to 2 winners will be randomly selected and up to 4 winners for the last 2 weeks of the competition will be randomly selected to win a domestic return flight.
10. Any Prize not taken up for any reason within two months of notification will be forfeited. If a participant is uncontactable on their mobile phone for more than two days, a new weekly winner will be selected to win the Prize.
11. Participants can enter using their till slips, 1 till slip will count as 1 entry. Participants may enter as many times as they like with unique till slips to increase their chances of winning.
12. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable.
Delivery Of Prize :
13. Arcade Africa will contact winners for information and flight details.
14. Travel agent from Rennies Travel will then book flights based on information and availability.
15. Arcade Africa will then send the winner their flight details based on bookings from travel agent, Rennies Travel.
Prize Details :
16. Domestic flight tickets will be delivered to the Winner by email. The Prize is not transferrable.
17. Ticket will be for flights between major airports in RSA: Bloemfontein (BFN), Cape Town (CPT), Durban (DUR), George (GRJ), Lanseria – Johannesburg (HLA), O.R. Tambo – Johannesburg (JNB), Port Elizabeth (PLZ). The promoter reserves the right to select any airline, tickets are subject to availability.
18. The ticket cannot exceed R4500 (Vat inclusive).
19. Should the Winner be unable to redeem the Prize during the specified dates, the Prize shall be forfeited and another Winner may be selected in accordance with the above rules.
20. Any additional expenses outside of the prize will be for the Winner’s own expense, and anything, including but not limited to any meal, activity, transportation and all other costs and travel arrangements, will be for the Winner’s expense.
