** Participants will be randomly selected via E-Draw during the indicated draw time before the scheduled The Money Trail game start time.

** The Money Trail game will take place at the main casino stage.
** Participants will be given a numbered lanyard one to six.
** Lanyards will be allocated to participants in the order in which they are drawn.
** The first ticket drawn via E-draw is allocated lanyard numbered one and will be the first participant to follow The Money Trail.
** The game begins once all participants are selected via E-Draw.

Rules :
** No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
** Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;

** This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;

** The promotion runs on Tuesdays 5, 12, 19 and 26 July 2016; Tuesdays 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 August 2016; Tuesdays 6, 13, 20 and 27 September 2016;
** MVGs will earn one free ticket into the draw;

** Participants must activate their entry into the draw, on the day of the draw prior to the actual draw within the specified times;
** Ticket entry collection starts at 09h00 on the day of the promotion and automatically closes 15 minutes prior to the draw start;
** Participants will be selected by way of a random selection through E-Draw;

** Promotional times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion;
** Six qualifying participants will be drawn per session sharing in up to R30 000 in gaming credits;
** In order to participate in the session, the ticket holder must be present at the draw and must present themselves within two minutes of their ticket number being announced;

** Ticket holders must produce evidence of the ticket, MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (valid Passport, SA Identity Document, SA Driver’s License);
** In the event of a draw entrant not presenting their ticket stub and positive picture identification to the auditors within two minutes and/or the entrant not being present at the draw, a new ticket will be drawn;

** Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
** Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
** Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;

** In the event of technical failure or damage to the devices used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
** All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
** Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;

** Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
** Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
