Nestlé Kitkat Bar-One Doublicious Promo – Retail Competition

** By participating in this competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.

This competition is limited to residents of South Africa. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this competition :
** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of Nestlé (South Africa) Proprietary Limited (“Nestlé”) and the organisers of the Competition.
** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.

** Persons under the age of 18 years.
** The competition shall commence on 1 February 2017 and will end on 31 March 2017.
** No entries received after 31 March 2017 will be considered.

Mechanics :
To participate in this competition, entrants must adhere to the following :
** Buy any 2 of the participating Nestlé KITKAT and / or Nestlé BAR-ONE products.

Purchase Options :
** Buy any 2 Nestle KITKAT (KITKAT 4 Finger Milk 45g and / or KITKAT Chunky 45g)
** Buy any 2 BAR-ONE (BAR-ONE 55g and / or BAR-ONE Peanut 50g)

** Buy a KITKAT and a BAR-ONE (any of the above SKU’s)
** Dial from your cellphone *120*548528#.
** Entry costs 20c / 20 seconds as per USSD Entry.
** Participants must enter on a phone that is owned and registered to that person.

** No other person can use another person’s phone for competition entry purposes.
** If it is discovered that participants have entered of a phone that is not registered to them they will be disqualified and the entrant will be requested to refund the prizes to promoter.

** This is to avoid fraud and to ensure compliance to the CPA.
** Therefore each entrant is expected to be the owner of that phone and no singular person can enter off of another mobile phone number.
** This is to avoid additional fraud being conducted by multiple SIM card owners.

** The cellphone number is key to all entries, if the entrant has won on a cellphone number they cannot use another number in order to be contacted further, this number needs to be a number that is contactable during office hours.
** Each entrant is expected to have purchased the brand and be able to produce a valid till slip if requested by CLIENT NAME

** Participants in this competition stand a chance to win a share of R400,000 in instant cash and prizes:

** Thirty Six (36) winners who will be selected by means of a random draw every week for 8 weeks and will win 1 of 36 Samsung Prizes each valued at R2,800 – worth R100,000 (Grand Prize).

** The Prizes are non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for another colour or model.

Cash Prize :
** Three hundred (300) instant cash winners of R500 will be drawn between 1st February 2017 and 31st March 2017 and each winner will receive R500 cash prize (Cash Prize).
