Two Oceans Competition :
Rules :
1. The competition runs from the 15th to 24th February 2017.
2. The competition is open to all South African citizens except directors, partners, employees, agents, service providers, family members of SABC staff/ contractors.

3. Competition entrants must be 18 years or older.
4. Entrants must be in possession of a fully paid up TV license.
5. The competition is entered by sending the keyword “TWO OCEANS”, your name, answer and the area you live in to the competition short-code: 48438.
6. The competition prize does not include travel or accommodation; entrants should be able to make their own way to Cape Town.
7. Correct entries received by the advertised deadlines will be considered for the draw. Any late entries received will not be taken into consideration.
8. Each SMS will be charged at R1.50, free SMS’es are not applicable.
9. The competition prize is: Single entry into the 2017 Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon and a carbo loading dinner with SABC Sport personalities.
10. A detailed ‘prize letter’ will be provided to the winner of the competition.
11. Winner will be drawn by an automated draw system and the qualifying individual will be contacted by the SABC to verify the entry details and eligibility of the entrant. Winners will be required to provide their: name & surname, ID number, address, TV license number and other required details.
12. The winner should note that this is a closed SABC brand experience, and thus not open to the public or any other individual without prior notice made to the SABC.
13. The winner, who is not contactable by phone, after the closing date/time, will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
14. The winners will be announced on Sport at 10 on Wednesday, 1st February at 22h00.
15. The SABC and its agents accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries. The SABC and its agents are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.
16. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The SABC and its agents will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prize award/s.
17. Prizes are not transferable, and cannot be deferred or exchanged.
18. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering the competition.
19. The SABC and its agents reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
