Entry Rules :
1. The promoter of this competition is Media24 Proprietary Limited, acting through its 24.com division (“24.com”, “we” or “us”).

2. The competition starts on 06 March 2017 and closes at 23h00 on 31 March 2017, unless otherwise informed by 24.com.
2.1 By entering the competition you sign up for the daily Channel24 newsletter.

3. The competition is open to South African residents only.

3.1. Dates of travel are 5th – 10th October 2017.
** Prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
** Winner will need a valid passport in order to claim the prize
** At least one person travelling must be aged 18 or over.
** If the winner is under 18 then his/her guest must be his/her parent or guardian.

** Hotels and cruise are based on two people sharing one room and one cabin.
** The hotels and cruise ship will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals.

** Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
** Winner and his/her guest must have, and are responsible for, valid passports and applicable visas/permissions.

** Except for the one guest permitted as part of your prize, you are not allowed to bring any additional family members or guests on the prize trip. Your guest may not be selected through any further contest, promotion or commercial event. You and your guest must travel on the same itinerary from a Sponsor-selected airport/station near your home. Once selected, your guest may not be changed without the express consent of Warner, which Warner may grant or withhold in its sole discretion.

** Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.

** if guest wishes to extend their trip, the cost of changing flights will be at their own expense. Furthermore, they will need to take out additional travel insurance, as Warner will only cover travel insurance for the duration of their specified stay as per above travel dates

4. The following persons are excluded from this competition :
4.1 a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to 24.com or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by 24.com; and
4.2 a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition; and
4.3 the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of the parties referred to in 5.1 and 5.2.

5. If you have won a 24.com competition within the last 30 calendar days, you may not participate in this competition.

6. All entries must be made from one of our Platforms. Our “Platforms” refer to our websites, mobile sites, mobile apps or social media platforms where this competition is displayed or advertised. By clicking on the competition link on our Platforms, participants will be directed to the competition page where they will have to sign up to a Channel24 mailer.

7. In respect of each participant, the following complete, valid, true and correct information must be submitted :
7.1 full name and surname;
7.2 e-mail address;
7.3 cellphone number;
7.4 date of birth; and
7.5 gender.

8. In order to complete an entry, each participant must confirm his/her email address when prompted to do so. If you do not confirm your email address or if any of the information submitted is incomplete, incorrect or otherwise invalid, your entry will not be considered.

9. If you sign-up for any of our promotional mailers, you will receive an additional entry into the competition.

10. Your personal information will be used in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy .media24.com/privacy/
11. Only one entry per individual will be allowed plus your potential additional entry for signing-up for our promotional mailers.

12. All entries, duly completed, must be received by 24.com before the competition closing date and time. If not, such entry will not be eligible, regardless of the reason for the late receipt of the entry, including due to lost, late or misdirected mail; printing errors; server unavailability; or computer or any other electronic or telecommunications malfunction. All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, or illegible will be void.

Winner Selection :
13. The prize winner will be selected randomly from valid participants and announced on or before 15 April 2017.
14. The winner’s name will be published on Channel24.
15. The winner will also be notified by means of the contact details provided to us on or before 15 May 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter.

16. You are hereby informed of your right to decline :
16.1 the use of your image in marketing material;
16.2 an invitation to participate in any marketing activity;
16.3 an invitation to be present when the draw is taking place or the winner is announced.
